Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped. Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK and selected worldwide countries.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping, we offer free shipping to addresses in the UK and fixed pricing for other international deliveries. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dizzywoodturning.com with your name and order number. We’ll investigate it for you.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We’ll refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at dizzywoodturning.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these cases on a case-by-case basis but will try to find a satisfactory solution.
